Tamarkin Co. was founded in 1994 by Cary Tamarkin Co., Harvard‐graduated architect, with a goal to merge the business of real estate development with the art of architecture. The firm has a highly curated portfolio of residential condominium buildings that included the standard‐setting conversions of the warehouses 140 Perry Street and 206 West 17th Street into raw space loft apartments.
